Teacher of MFL job summary
We are looking for an inspirational and motivated Teacher of French to join our small and passionate faculty. We are seeking someone who is committed to delivering high standards of teaching and learning in order to instil a love of French in our students and raise achievement. The post would suit an experienced or a newly qualified teacher.
At Breckland School, we value the importance that learning an additional language plays in the lives of our students. French is taught to all students across KS3 and is a popular option choice at GCSE, with three classes in our upcoming Year 10 cohort. We study the AQA GCSE Syllabus.
As a Teacher of French, you will be a reflective practitioner dedicated to enabling the rapid progress of the students you teach. You will use your expert subject knowledge to inspire students while delivering our challenging, engaging and knowledge-rich curriculum.
We are committed to developing great teachers who are confident and effective in all aspects of their role and will offer continuous professional development opportunities for you to develop your teaching career within our school. Through our Unity Schools Partnership membership, you will become part of a wider MFL network and will have opportunities to work with other subject experts in our Trust.
