Teacher of MFL job summary
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Teacher of French to join a small but supportive faculty. We are seeking someone who is committed to delivering high standards of teaching and learning in order to instil a love of French in our students and raise achievement. The post would suit an experienced or a newly qualified teacher.
At Breckland School we value the importance that learning an additional language plays in the lives of our students. As a Teacher of French, you will be a dedicated and reflective practitioner, with expert subject knowledge, who can take responsibility for the rapid progress of the students you teach. You will understand the need to provide a challenging, engaging and knowledge-rich curriculum for all students.
French is taught to all students across KS3 and is a popular option choice at GCSE, with 3 classes in our upcoming Year 10 cohort. We study the AQA GCSE Syllabus.
We are committed to developing great teachers that are confident and effective in all aspects of their role and will offer continuous professional development opportunities for you to develop your teaching career within our school.
