What skills and experience we're looking for
The ideal candidate will:
Be a skilled practitioner with the energy and drive to enhance the MFL curriculum.
Have a strong qualification or extensive experience in teaching at least one language (French, Spanish, or German preferred).
Be able to communicate a genuine enthusiasm for languages and engage learners across all abilities.
Be committed to high achievement and learner progress.
Have the flexibility to teach across the full age and ability range.
