What skills and experience we're looking for
Key stage 3 and 4 experience.
MFL or other relevant degree.
Ability to adapt teaching to respond to the
strengths and needs of all students.
Ability to utilise assessment data in effective
lesson planning and targeted intervention.
High expectations, and the belief that all students, whatever their
background, can achieve their full potential.
Ability to manage behaviour effectively to
ensure a good and safe learning environment.
Strong commitment to inclusive education.
A genuine interest and empathy for young people.
