What skills and experience we're looking for
Experience
- Experience of successful and innovative teaching in Key Stage 3 and 4
- Experience of successful and innovative teaching in Key Stage 5
- Have excellent ICT skills
- Evidence of commitment to extended learning for students beyond the classroom
- Experience of implementing systems and processes to monitor and evaluate learning and teaching
- Active involvement in the promotion of equal opportunities
- Experience of mixed ability teaching at Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 in French or Spanish
- Knowledge of the Ofsted Framework
- Potential to be an outstanding classroom practitioner
- Experience of working with parents and external agencies
- Experience of safeguarding
