Hours of work: Permanent Part/Full time contract (Working days: negotiable)

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work as a MFL Teacher at Stamford Welland Academy on a part time or full time contract. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team working with our fantastic children in our secondary school, close to the heart of the beautiful town of Stamford. This is a busy and varied role and your duties will include supporting children with a range of needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in French & Spanish.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and language clubs.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
  • Proven experience teaching French or Spanish at the secondary level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for languages and cultural exchange.
