What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to join our established MFL Faculty. This role is suitable for an ECT as well as a more experienced candidate
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Qualified teacher status
- Degree or equivalent
- Successful teaching experience of delivering MFL across 11-16 age and full ability range.
-Knowledge and Experience of
- The versatility and determination to discover and capitalise on the strengths of students in all classes.
- Knowledge of:- How using data can improve student achievement- The MFL wider curriculum and recent / ongoing changes to the curriculum.- The effective use of classroom support to enable students with additional needs to achieve.
- An awareness and understanding of current educational policy and issues.

- Evidence of participation in recent professional development particularly related to the languages delivered.
- Passion to make a difference to pupils’ learning in MFL
- Ability to be a team member
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Energy, drive and dynamism
