Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages job summary
The MFL Department is a dedicated and enthusiastic team who work collaboratively to provide an enjoyable, engaging and relevant learning experience for students. Department members constantly strive to raise student achievement and offer students every opportunity to develop confidence and independence.

We value teachers who are committed to the academic success of their pupils as well as being keen to take responsibility for extra-curricular clubs and activities run by the MFL department. We value colleagues who are imaginative, flexible and can inspire and support pupils with a variety of learning needs. Applicants will be expected to teach Spanish to KS4 and French to KS3. We welcome applications from NQTs as well as experienced teachers.

Hampstead School is Camden’s largest maintained comprehensive School, educating 1335 students (including 285 in our stand-alone Sixth Form). The school is oversubscribed with a waiting list in all years, admitting 7 forms of entry from over 70 primary schools.
