Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages job summary

We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages, at our fantastic school MEA Central, to join our team of committed staff who share a common sense of purpose and high expectations of what students can achieve.

You will be capable of inspiring our students through your passion for the subject and ensuring that our students develop a depth and love of Languages and achieve beyond their own expectations. Our Modern Foreign Languages department are always developing their Teaching and Learning practice and put students at the centre of every pedagogical choice.

The successful candidate will teach French and Spanish to both KS3 and KS4.

The right candidate should:

-know that teachers make the difference and that that teaching and learning is the ‘main thing’.
-possess excellent communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults.
-motivate and inspire students and colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes.

This role provides the opportunity to excel in a supportive environment, and the right candidate will be willing to be vulnerable, open to development and believe that ‘feedback is a gift’.
