About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL)to join our dynamic team. You’ll be supported in your professional development alongside a committed faculty and wider team to deliver outstanding teaching and learning. Our key strength is the experience and talents of our staff, all significantly committed to providing our students with an exciting and involved curriculum.
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) to pupils of varying abilities and ages.
- Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum.
- Support the Catholic ethos of the school.
- Participate in extra-curricular activities and school events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent evenings, and whole school training events.
- Support the Catholic ethos of the school in all interactions with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities.
