What the school offers its staff

Pegasus Academy has a strong leadership team with enthusiastic and motivated staff with learners who are a credit to their community, with the mission to instil ambition and values to dream big in all our learners.

Pegasus is located just outside central Dudley at the intersection of several major roads and bus routes. It is the smallest secondary academy in the Trust with some 600 learners on roll. Since the creation of the Trust, a large number of new senior staff have been appointed. There has been an extensive programme of refurbishment, which continues.

Our Trust schools are St James Academy, The Link Academy, Pegasus Academy, Beacon Hill Academy, Blowers Green Primary and Kate’s Hill Primary. The Trust when combined with the sponsor, annually supports 8,500 young people aged 4 to 19 years old and employs almost 1,300 staff.

You will be joining the Trust at an exciting time as we are continuing our journey to provide a first-class education for the young people of Dudley, with outstanding teaching and learning being the Trust’s foremost priority.
