Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages job summary

Priory is a very successful school with an excellent reputation.

The Governors seek to appoint a well-qualified, full-time linguist able to teach both Spanish and French, with a dynamic and innovative approach to modern language teaching. The ideal candidate will be able to teach at least one of these languages to KS4. Knowledge of Latin and German are also an advantage. This vacancy is temporary from September 2021 to August 2022.

All expressions of interest are welcome and this would be an ideal opportunity for an Early Careers Teacher.

The Modern Foreign Language department has 10 staff. French, Spanish and German are taught across all year groups. Latin is also offered in Y7 and at GCSE. Exam results are consistently excellent and the department is friendly, supportive and positive with an ethos of innovation and challenge.
