Required for September 2022
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working and talented MFL teacher who would be able to deliver Spanish and French lessons across all key stages. The ideal candidate would be able to teach Spanish, French or both up to A level and will have a proven track record of excellent achievement. Bishops’ currently offers French and German at GCSE and A level but since September 2021, we have introduced Spanish to Y7 and Y8 alongside the continuation of French. Over the years, Spanish will eventually replace the teaching of German so that Spanish and French will be taught up to A level.
We are seeking a well-qualified linguist who is able to deliver engaging and challenging lessons to students of all abilities. The ideal candidate will also support the wider work of the MFL department’s development and be willing and able to assist with the creation of high-quality schemes of work, assessments and knowledge organisers as well as a willingness to organise and take part in trips abroad.
