'I have found the ECT programme here insightful and supportive. Firstly, I have regular meetings with my mentor and regular learning walks to review the targets we have set together regarding the ECT framework modules. The meetings, observations and feedback have so far kept me on track to continue my development. The ECT clinics have been useful as any questions or discussions we have held have given me different perspectives from different establishments and from those teaching beyond school age.
