We are proud of our ethos of continued self-improvement, which characterises every aspect of our culturally diverse school. The school is committed to building on our passion for excellent teaching and learning as well as continuing to place an emphasis on our language specialism and international ethos.
The Head of Department will be expected to play a pivotal role in the further development of the international ethos of the school and fully support the Language College agenda, which often includes exchanges, trips and running training sessions for our community partners.
The school has an excellent programme of support for all new staff and is committed to professional development. We actively encourage teachers to explore innovative approaches to teaching and learning.
