TEACHER OF MODERN FOREIGN LANGUAGES

Required from September 2020
We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified linguist able to teach French and German to GCSE and the ability to teach either French or German to A level at least KS3.
The MFL department is a large, successful department dedicated to high quality teaching and learning, presenting a creative and challenging curriculum which includes at least one compulsory language to GCSE. The school teaches German, French and Spanish to A level and some classes are shared with Watford Grammar School for Boys.
The successful candidate must be committed to high standards for students and staff, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a willingness to take part in Department and whole school events.
This post would suit an NQT or more experienced teacher. Ambitious candidates with the requisite experience may wish to be considered for a post of responsibility within the department.
