We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Motor vehicles teacher who has the desire to share their knowledge with budding vehicle enthusiast’s. You will be joining a talented and innovative department, that consistently deliver high quality teaching, learning and student achievement.

The role and what we are looking for:

The Motor Vehicle department delivers level 2 qualifications for students aged 14 upwards. A number of teaching and learning strategies are used to deliver this curriculum including hands on practical work in addition to written and drawing tasks. Assessment in the main is portfolio based, students undertake practical tasks in our dedicated Motor Vehicle workshop where a range of vehicles are available to work on. The Motor Vehicle department is part of the Vocational Faculty, historically this is one of the best performing faculties across the academy.
