Are you a creative, inspiring, and dynamic Teacher of Music? Are you committed to delivering an ambitious, knowledge-rich curriculum? Then Bristnall Hall Academy may be able to give you the opportunity you are looking for. Our Music Faculty is looking for a Teacher of Music to help inspire our students and ensure they reach their full potential.
We are looking to appoint a motivated, positive and enthusiastic Teacher of Music at Bristnall Hall Academy. The successful candidate will be someone who will supplement and enhance a strong established and supportive department.
Due to our increasing PAN and student numbers, we are excited to offer the opportunity to join our academy as our staff body continues to grow and support our larger year groups of 220 students. This is an exciting time to join our academy as we celebrate our 2022 Progress 8 score of +0.83 and await our next Ofsted inspection in which inspectors believe that “the school could be judged outstanding” (Ofsted: November 2021).
The successful candidate will have a commitment for continued professional development and will be a dynamic and forward-thinking individual, with a real drive to enhance students’ experience of Music in the classroom. We are seeking an ambitious professional with the ability to teach across the key stages, and join an academy which is dynamic and inspiring; creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students. As a key member of the team, you will be a dedicated professional capable of supporting and leading classroom and extra-curricular programmes. We welcome applications from ambitious individuals, at all stages of their career, who have the drive, passion and vision to lead the department forward.
The appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by our teaching and learning team including Lead Practitioners and strong SLT.
