Are you looking for your next challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced and inspirational individual to join our school as a Teacher. We are seeking to appoint Teacher of Music and Performing Arts for September 2024. You will be teaching across all Key Stages.
We are looking for a team player, self-motivated and committed to further professional development as we strive to bring about rapid improvement to secure better progress for our learners.
The successful candidate will be a well-qualified practitioner with a passion for Performing Arts and Music, able to motivate and enthuse pupils by a commitment to excellent teaching and a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. A part time role would be considered. Applications from Primary specialists are welcome as part of our ambition to explore evidence-based transition approaches.

The position would suit either an NQT or an experienced teacher who is looking to work in their own specialist area of Music / Performing Arts and extend their teaching into “A” Level.

- To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum through sustained high quality practice in teaching and learning.
- To contribute to curriculum delivery which supports personal and academic growth for all students within the context of this Catholic School.
- To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a classroom teacher and form tutor and so contribute to raising standards of student attainment and inclusion.
- To support systems, structures and policies of the school to ensure good order and the health and safety of students.
