Harrogate High School are seeking to recruit an outstanding Teacher of Music (with Performing Arts) to join our strong, vibrant staff team. We provide an excellent and challenging education, which seeks to enable all students to make outstanding progress in their learning and gain a great sense of personal development and achievement. We strongly believe in personalisation and encouraging enquiring minds. The school highly values the importance of developing a community environment in which mutual respect and individual talents are nurtured.
You will have the ability and willingness to teach Music and Performing Arts at KS3 and KS4. You will have a thorough knowledge of your discipline along with a commitment to raising standards and delivering an enriching and innovative curriculum for all students. With a diverse student base and range of abilities, we are looking to appoint someone who can motivate and inspire students to reach their best.
We are looking for an ambitious and inspiring teacher to uphold our high quality of teaching. You will be able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of teaching, learning and personalisation strategies and be responsible for maintaining the highest quality of monitoring and evaluating whilst improving the standard of achievement for all students. You will be confident in your abilities to teach effectively across all Key Stages (3, 4).
