The successful candidate will:

  • Have the vision to fully develop and support the Music department within the Creative Arts faculty.
  • Be an inspirational communicator and have the skills to both challenge and encourage students to achieve their potential.
  • Be committed to securing excellent student outcomes at Key stage 3 and 4.
  • To have ambition to increase participation in music across the school & the vision to develop a KS5 Music course in the future.
  • Have the ability to think creatively and encourage student engagement.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a department that comprises 2 specialist rooms. One room is fitted as a Music Tech suite, with the other as a Music studio.
