What skills and experience we're looking for
- Be totally aligned to our vision and values as a school
- Strike the right balance between demanding musical excellence and maximising inclusion
- Be energetic, enthusiastic and able to inspire pupils of all ages to participate in and enjoy music
- Confidently teach Performance, Composition and Appraising up to A Level
- Be willing to direct both instrumental and vocal ensembles to a high standard
- Have knowledge of a wide range of musical styles, genres and cultures.
