What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Be totally aligned to our vision and values as a school
  • Strike the right balance between demanding musical excellence and maximising inclusion
  • Be energetic, enthusiastic and able to inspire pupils of all ages to participate in and enjoy music
  • Confidently teach Performance, Composition and Appraising up to A Level
  • Be willing to direct both instrumental and vocal ensembles to a high standard
  • Have knowledge of a wide range of musical styles, genres and cultures.
