The Boswells School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time or full-time teacher of Music for a fixed term from 1st January until 31st August 2022. We are looking for the successful candidate to deliver high quality Music lessons to complement an already outstanding provision within our Performing Faculty.
You will be joining a school with enthusiastic and dedicated leaders at senior and middle leadership levels and a commitment to the professional development and well-being of staff. In 2019, 55% of our A Level students achieved A* to B grades, 88% of our A Level students achieved A* to C grades, 83% of our GCSE students achieved a Good pass (Grade 4+) in Eniglish and 71% of our GCSE students achieved a Good pass (Grade 4+) in Maths.
The percentage of students who achieved the expected levels of progress in English and Mathematics was significantly above the national average as was the percentage of students who achieved more than expected progress in these areas.
