Teacher of NEET

Part-Time and Temporary until end of Summer term 2022
Approximately 10 hours per week over two days
Post to start in January 2022 subject to completion of pre-employment checks
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual who has the drive, energy and enthusiasm to lead the teaching on our new NEET programme.
You will be expected to deliver two days per week, covering six units of the Gateway Progression Certificate, alongside two sessions each of English and Maths
Our expectations of our students are high and the ideal candidate will possess the skills to inspire and motivate students to achieve. These are students who have not been in recent education, employment or training (NEET) and will need skilled management and nurturing.
The successful candidate will be placed on the Sixth Form Teachers Pay Spine dependent on qualifications and experience.

St Vincent College is the sixth form college serving Gosport, Fareham and surrounding areas of south east Hampshire. The College provides a full range of A and AS levels, GCSEs, AVCEs, NVQs, BTEC First and Nationals, City & Guilds and Childcare courses for students aged 16 or above.
The college provides for around 1,100 full time students and a far larger number of adult learners in a wide range of vocational and non-vocational courses.
