Teacher of PE job summary

Breckland School is seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher of Boys’ PE to join our team of passionate and driven subject specialists. You will be joining Breckland School at an exciting time of expansion and development as we join Unity Schools Partnership and grow to include a further 150 pupils over the next few years. We are looking for a colleague who is confident enough to try new methods and reflect on how they can improve, who wants to share their experiences with, and learn from their colleagues, and who will put our students and their best interests at the heart of their teaching. Approximately 50% of the cohort have selected GCSE PE as an option over a two-year key stage, studying the Edexcel syllabus. At Key Stage 3, a three year course, we are finalising an exciting new curriculum which is broad, balanced and promotes equality of opportunity. A well-attended range of extra-curricular activities are also provided for our students.
