Corby Technical School invites you to apply to join our PE team that is dedicated to providing the very best outcomes for our students. We are seeking to recruit a Teacher of Girls PE who will demonstrate commitment to our ‘Ambition for All’ values by inspiring all students to achieve. Candidates should be enthusiastic, innovative, dynamic and have a desire to motivate and inspire our students to want to exceed in sport.
The PE
department offers a well-rounded diverse curriculum that focuses on developing sporting
skills and health and fitness whilst keeping core employability and life skills
at the heart of our ethos. As a member of our department we would expect you to
contribute to our extra-curricular programme that provides opportunities for
students to explore their interests in a wide range of sporting activities.
Alongside the core curriculum we deliver the Cambridge National and Technical
courses and it would therefore be desirable for candidates to have experience
in delivering examination PE.
This is an
excellent opportunity to strengthen an already excellent department as well as
the future of our school.
