Further details about the role
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher of PE to join our Academy in January 2024 to cover a maternity leave. You will play an instrumental part in laying the foundation of outstanding standards of education and creating a stimulating environment where our pupils can make excellent progress.
The successful candidate will have high expectations, a commitment to raising standards of attainment and up-to-date knowledge of teaching.They are seeking a passionate and driven individual with good communication and organisational skills and a desire to make a difference to the lives of their pupils and their communities.
The successful candidate will teach core PE across Key stage 3 and 4. It is advantageous to have experience in examination PE at Key Stage 4 and 5. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the departments Extra Curricular and fixtures program.
Applications are welcome from ECT’s and experienced teaching staff. ECT’s are well supported by the school.
