The role
We are currently seeking to appoint a dedicated female Teacher of PE to join an existing team at Heritage High School. We are looking for an inspirational Teacher of PE that can teach Design and Technology as a second subject preferably Food technology however, this is not essential. Within this role you will be responsible for delivering innovative lessons to our students to ensure they receive the very best teaching and learning experience. The post is only open to female teachers due to the supervision requirements within our female changing areas.

You will be welcomed in to two friendly and supportive faculties, led by highly professional practitioners. Our PE department forms part of the Performance faculty which also covers music, drama and dance. We have indoor gym facilities and an outdoor gym facility, with two indoor sports halls. Within DT we have two highly equipped workshops, the catering room, and a textiles room. The Creative staff is a small faculty containing 4 members of staff and the Performance has a faculty of 6 which if successful you will become apart of.

The person
The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly skilled practitioner with passion, enthusiasm and drive to deliver dynamic and challenging lessons. We are looking for a colleague with a love for teaching and who can show their commitment to student achievement in both of their subject areas.
