Cranbourne has a continual focus on improving subject specialist teaching and achievement; and we encourage staff to work with a high degree of independence. We have a welcoming staff body, who support each other at all times and maintain a good work - life balance.

We are fortunate to have some amazing facilities which include a large Sports Hall, Gym, Fitness Suite, two big playing fields, two large hard court areas and an indoor heated swimming pool.

We support our staff with a good range of training opportunities, from collaborative twilights, to conferences, staff book groups and learning lunches.
