What skills and experience we're looking for

  • You will be able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of teaching, learning and personalisation strategies and be responsible for maintaining the highest quality of monitoring and evaluating whilst improving the standard of achievement for all students.
  • You will be confident in your abilities to teach effectively up to KS4 and a specialism in PE is essential.
  • You will be adept in creating a supportive, encouraging and safe learning environment for students of all diverse backgrounds.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to play a full part in the academic, pastoral and social life of the school, to act as personal tutor and to take part in the school's programme of professional development.

  • This role also includes teaching PHSE.
