Teacher of PE job summary
Mount Tamar is a vibrant, well established specialist school with a bright future in Plymouth. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible PE Teacher to join our School.
The Role:
The Teacher of PE will contribute to the academic, social and personal development of each student and seek to ensure that each student achieves their potential. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and dynamic teacher to full-time, permanent position to start September 2022. You will already have the skills, qualifications and experience to teach PE throughout KS2, KS3, KS4 and KS5.
Communicating effectively to all ages and abilities, to inspire & motivate our pupils' standards , with a genuine wish to make a difference and support our young people.
You will need strong and consistent classroom management skills and a passion to make a real difference to the lives and education of our young people across all key stages.

Mount Tamar caters for KS1-KS4 students with a wide range of complex needs, including SEMH, autism, attachment difficulties and trauma.
