Our over-subscribed school is increasingly becoming the first-choice school for parents. We have robust behavioural systems (SWAT) that ensures low level disruption is dealt with immediately and lessons remain disruption free; Developmental Learning Walks, rather than formal observations, alongside an open-door culture of improvement; a thoughtfully planned programme of CPD that ensures all staff can develop regardless of their career stage. We have a full programme of personal development pathways and all students are expected to attend after-school provision. This programme promotes participation as well as excellence and the PE department is central to this.
We are seeking to appoint a PE teacher to join our committed and ambitious team at The Malling School.

You will be:
• An excellent teacher of PE (experience not important but teaching ability is)
• Able to teach PE to KS3, KS4, BTEC Sport Level 2/3

• Able to achieve excellent examination results for children
• Motivated by a desire to change lives
• A qualified teacher
