Teacher of PE with Maths job summary
Are you an Early Career Teacher looking for your first teaching post?
We are seeking an inspirational Teacher of PE who is also interested in the opportunity to teach Maths. The successful candidate will be fully supported to deliver Maths lessons, which will be taught alongside PE (50/50 timetable). To be successful, you will not need to be trained specifically to teach Maths; you will just have a positive outlook on learning on the job to teach Maths. We think this is an excellent opportunity for an ECT to gain valuable experience in a great school.
We are looking for an individual with the initiative, drive and determination for our creative and evolving curriculum, who builds excellent relationships with students and inspires them in their learning. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a positive and creative approach to teaching and be willing to promote and contribute to the full range of extra-curricular activities.
We offer an exceptional development programme with support which goes beyond the ECT years, and we welcome applications from candidates with all levels of experience.

Further benefits include a two-week autumn half-term break, a wide range of bespoke professional development opportunities, free gym use and ample on-site parking.
If you share our vision based on the unshakeable belief that children learn through all aspects of their daily lives and that their values and knowledge, experiences and habits are as important as their academic qualifications, we would be delighted to hear from you.
