We place a high emphasis on PE and sport offering a wide range of sporting activities, and all students actively participate in lessons. We are keen to appoint the best teacher, therefore you need to be able to demonstrate excellent sporting skills, irrespective of sport. You will be joining a well led and dedicated team. Teachers that are passionate about their subject motivate students therefore you will need to show a passion for sport and an interest in engaging all students in physical activity. A keen interest in extra-curricular activities is expected and a willingness to run clubs is essential. While the main focus is the development of practical skills needed in various sports, the skills of organisation, teamwork and leadership play a vital role in developing young people. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate independence, resourcefulness, great commitment and enthusiasm alongside the willingness to work as part of a tight-knit team.
