Teacher of Physical Education - Maternity Cover job summary

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified teacher of Physical Education with a positive attitude and a high level of commitment to students both in and out of the classroom. We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate sportsperson who will enjoy working in a team to drive our Physical Education Department to new heights. You must have a willingness to participate in the delivery of our extensive extra-curricular programme. We are a department who welcomes innovative ideas from everyone in the team and encourages continuing professional development.

Whilst not essential, a willingness to deliver lessons in the A Level P.E qualification, BTEC Technical Award or GCSE P.E course would be advantageous. Any sports specialism would be suitable.

A TLR could be available for the right candidate willing to take on responsibility within the department.
