Teacher of Physical Education (PE) job summary

As a PE teacher, you will help maintain the ethos of the school by driving our organisational culture and drive . You will be responsible for teaching Physical Education across the 11-16 age and ability range and will have the opportunity to contribute to our substantial enrichment programme of extra-curricular activities.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience of teaching in a classroom with students of a relevant age and have successful experience as a member of a team. They will have experience of being a consistently good teacher with the potential to be outstanding, have a passion for the teaching and learning of Physical Education and be committed to the raising of standards across Key Stage 3 and 4

Candidates will also have qualified teacher status or degree and relevant experience, successful completion of ECT induction year qualifications and will have the motivation to work with children and young people, have the ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people.
