Teacher of Physics job summary

Required from September 2020, a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher of Science to teach Physics in this lively and high achieving girls’ selective school. Applications from NQTs and from experienced teachers are equally welcome.

Physics is taught throughout the school. Students take Triple Science at GCSE and the majority go on to study A-Level sciences. We promote STEM opportunities for girls and would expect the colleague appointed to work actively towards this aim. Our state of the art Science facilities (Sept 2017) include an astronomy dome and tracking telescope the use of which we’d like to extend and develop.
