Teacher of Product Design job summary

You will be an experienced or Newly Qualified Teacher of Product Design who can plan, teach, and assess your specialism from KS3 to KS5 (including Cambridge Technical). You will be responsible for ensuring the effective teaching and learning of pupils, instilling in them a love of the subjects and an understanding of their importance in modern day society. The school is looking for an exceptional teacher who can create a supportive, encouraging and safe learning environment for all pupils of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Opportunities for more departmental responsibility may be available in the future, for an exceptional candidate.

This is a popular department currently expanding and you will need to exhibit and be able to pass on your passion for Product Design and innovation, radiating creativity and enthusiasm in the classroom. You will have high expectations of yourself and the pupils, and demonstrate a flexible approach to working with other members of staff. You will be committed to improving the learning outcomes for all pupils in the school and sustaining our commitment to providing opportunities for all pupils to excel, ensuring the continuing success across all key stages.
