Teacher of PSHE and Citizenship job summary
With effect from September 2022, we are looking to appoint a well-qualified teacher of PSHE and Citizenship to join the PSHCE Faculty at Attleborough Academy.
The successful candidate will teach both subjects to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. There is the possibility of teaching A Level Government and Politics for the right candidate. The ability to teach Religious Studies and/or A Level Government and Politics is desirable but not essential.
Attleborough Academy is a popular, 11 to 18 Academy which is continually developing to meet the demands of providing the highest quality education for all students. The Academy joined the Sapientia Education Trust (SET) in June 2020 which was an exciting and important development for the school. The SET are committed to bringing like-minded schools together to work in partnership to develop a world class education. This merger promises to bring multiple benefits in terms of teaching and learning and new opportunities for students and staff.
Interviews will be held on Wednesday 25 May 2022 and shortlisted applicants will be contacted by email with details of the arrangements. The post will be offered subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance.
