An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint an enthusiastic and motivational teacher of PSHE to join our forward thinking and supportive team. The successful candidate will be eager to build a rapport with our students and motivate them in the subject. We are committed to ensuring that all our students make excellent progress regardless of their starting points and we work hard to ensure that all our students achieve their highest grades possible. You will need to be passionate about teaching and learning and have a positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills, be able to plan and deliver a stimulating curriculum and have high expectations for yourself and your students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire students

Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to support student learning

Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents/carers

Contribute to the development and implementation of the department curriculum

Requirements:

Qualified teacher status or equivalent

A degree or professional qualification in a related subjects

Experience of teaching at secondary level

The ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
