Teacher of Psychology job summary
Psychology will be a new curriculum subject for the School starting September 2021. We are looking for an inspirational and innovative teacher with a real passion for introducing this important area of specialism to the School and ensuring engagement and interest in Psychology at the school.
You will need to demonstrate that you:
• are passionate about this subject area and its launch at the School;
• committed to securing high levels of engagement and achievement in the subject;
• want to make a positive difference by going the extra mile for the benefit of students;
• have the desire and enthusiasm to play an active and collaborative role in contributing to a strong culture of sharing best practice, resources and ideas;
• have the interpersonal and leadership skills required to inspire and motivate colleagues and students;
• be flexible and willing to teach in other subject areas;
• are keen and able to embed enjoyment and success in learning.

Payment is on Teacher Main Scale or Upper Pay scale depending on experience together with a potential TLR.
