Job description

We are seeking to appoint a talented, creative teacher who can provide inspirational and innovative learning experiences and who would be confident in the teaching of controversial issues within the KS3 and 4 programmes of study in both PSHCE and RS and Psychology or Level 3 BTec Health & Social Care.

Essential educational requirements

• Graduate in a Social Science related subject
• Qualified Teacher Status/PGCE Teaching qualification (or equivalent)

• The ability and desire to develop the quality of Psychology, Health & Social Care and PSHCE teaching

• Excellent understanding of relevant National Curriculum and GCSE requirements
• Understanding of A level Psychology or BTec Health & Social Care is desirable
