Teacher of Psychology
TMS/UPS – 1 FTE Permanent Start date: September 2024
We are seeking an inspiring classroom practitioner with strong subject knowledge to join our Science Faculty as a Psychology teacher. The ability to offer a second subject (in particular a science) would be preferred but not essential. We wish to appoint an individual who is or has the potential to be an outstanding practitioner and has the necessary skills, attributes and passion to create a love of learning Psychology. Potential is as important as experience. You would be joining the science faculty as part of a team of 5 or 6 psychology teachers delivering the subject at GCSE and A-level. The Science Faculty is a large Faculty offering Combined Science, Separate Science, Psychology and Health and Social Care at KS4 and Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, Psychology, Health and Social Care and Forensic Investigation at KS5. Staff are welcoming, supportive and passionate about their subjects.
