What the school offers its staff

A commitment to a healthy work-life balance in term time with time for writing form tutor reports on an allocated day when the school is closed to pupils. Each subject department decides how and when pupils' work should be marked. Most professional development takes place during 'early finish' days so that the school day ends at 3.30 p.m. There is an active Staff Association which organises social events alongside staff yoga, football, badminton and book club.
