What skills and experience we're looking for

RGTS is now in its seventh year and has grown over time into a popular, oversubscribed and vibrant learning community. We are therefore expanding our staff team to meet the requirements of our curriculum and seek to appoint colleagues who are committed professionals and centre their work on establishing and maintaining positive and purposeful relationships.

In October 2022, Ofsted judged us to be a GOOD school across all areas within the framework.

“Leaders are ambitious for pupils.”

“Behaviour is typically good and well managed. This ensures that pupils feel safe and are kept safe.”

“Pupils are expected to work hard and focus on their learning.”

We understand that our staff team are our most valuable asset and work hard to support and develop colleagues at all stages of their career. This appointment presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to play a significant role in shaping the future of our learning community at a whole school level.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss the advertised role with interested candidates and this can be arranged through our HR teamusthrhelpdesk@ust.londonor call020 8312 5480
