We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Religious Education teacher keen to develop their career at Broadway Academy. We are looking for someone who wants to grow in a supportive and dynamic environment. Broadway Academy is a high performing academy in North Birmingham and RE results were outstanding last year. The academy benefits from state of the art facilities throughout, having moved into our new building in 2011.

The Department
You will be joining a supportive and dedicated Humanities team who passionately believe that every child should “enjoy and achieve” in school. The department consists of Citizenship, Geography, History and RE at key stages 3 and 4, and Criminology, Law, Psychology, Sociology and RE in the sixth form. As well as striving for academic excellence in school, the department runs a wide range of co-curricular trips to enhance understanding of individual subjects, as well as to improve pupils’ life experiences.
