  • possess excellent professional knowledge and understanding, including of recent developments in the curriculum, and of a range of pedagogical approaches to raise attainment
  • be able to fulfil the role of Form Tutor, adopting a holistic oversight of students
  • demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of collegiality
  • be committed to the whole life of the school
