About the role: Mascalls Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and engaging Teacher of Religious Education for our thriving and very successful department, starting from September 2021. Within the department we currently offer RE at KS3 and 4, Sociology at KS4 and 5 and Psychology at KS5. We would ideally be looking for an RE specialist to help an already successful and growing department. The successful candidate will bring with them passion for this subject area with an overarching ability to engage our students.
As a member of the department you would be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons and contributing to the wider education agenda: aspiring learners and raising standards. You would be part of an organisation that enjoys a great reputation in the area and one that will develop your career; we have a fantastic track record and there are numerous opportunities for professional development.
