What skills and experience we're looking for
Sidmouth College has a vacancy for a talented and ambitious Teacher of Religious Education to cover Maternity Leave starting in September 2024.
We require a highly committed and motivated practitioner who can ensure that the RE department will grow from strength to strength. Along with a high standard of teaching and learning, the successful candidate will have the ability to think strategically and creatively and work collaboratively across the Department and the College.
Excellent curriculum knowledge is essential and thesuccessful candidate will be expected to teach Religious Education to KS4 level.
At Sidmouth College, we are always keen to invest in potential and this post would suit someone who is committed to their own and others continuous professional development, and has aspirations of further progression.
This is a full-time post to start in September 2024 on a fixed-term contract to cover Maternity Leave. It would suit an experienced teacher or NQT looking to progress their career in an inclusive and supportive setting.
