Teacher of Religious Education job summary
We are currently seeking to appoint a Teacher of Religious Education (full-time, permanent) to join our successful School. This is a newly created post and one that is key to the school’s future success as we rapidly improve the school and become outstanding again. You will be teaching Personal Development lessons in Key Stage 3 and 4 and working with the team providing resources for LC (form) time. You will join a team of specialists who cover Religious education, Citizenship, PSHE, Relationships, Sex and Health Education and the curriculum elements of Personal Development. You will have to opportunity to join this highly motivated team and help shape the direction of student's personal development, helping the school to fulfil its pledge of 'educating for life’. We also embrace opportunities to develop extra-curricular activities and groups to support our students beyond the curriculum.
